You may also receive an updated order invoice for any order details that was not reflected upon checkout.

When will I get my order?

Kindly allot 2-3 business days for your journal to be handmade from start to finish.

SHIP OUT: Every Monday and Thursday (except holidays)

SAME DAY DELIVERY and NEXT DAY SHIP OUT available upon checkout.

Can I return/change my order?

Because each piece is custom-made, we do not accept returns or exchanges.

  • Orders cannot be cancelled once production has begun.
  • Any last minute changes or add-ons (if possible) can incur extra fees.

We kindly ask that you review your order details thoroughly before confirming your purchase. 

Futhermore, any natural markings (scars, grain variations, subtle color differences) are not flaws, but unique traits of genuine leather.
Make your leather last by following our care guide to avoid damaging it.

Do you offer engraving/custom sizes?

We currently don't offer engraving as we offer leather varieties that respond differently to traditional engraving.

We open limited slots for custom sizes periodically.

  • 2-4 Weeks processing time
  • Excluding inserts
  • For elastic journals only, not applicable to Lockheart journals
